St Francis Anglican Church is a mission community under the oversight of the Presiding Bishop of The Free Anglican Mission Society, The Rt. Rev. Dr. Thomas Tsakounis who also serves as Vicar. The Right Riverend Lark J. Muncy, serves as the Vice Moderator.
